Got a brief email from Bruce Blakeslee.  See the "Classmate Websites" for a link to his business.

Roger Bush has contacted me.  His note:

This is Roger Bush a fellow alumni of the class of ’63.  First of all, I apologize for not keeping in touch sooner.  With past reunions, It seems that there were always  conflicts that prevented me from attending.  Since I will most likely retire next year, my wife, Ute and I hope to be able to attend the 2013 reunion.  My Piscataway, NJ  mailing address has not changed.

It is hard to believe that it will be 50 years.  After high school, I received my bachelors in business from the University of Hawaii then joined the air force and worked for the Department of Defense for 5 years in Frankfurt Germany where I met my wife of 40 years.  While in Germany, I earned my MBA from the University of Utah. I then returned to the US and for the past 25 years have worked for Target Corporation where I am Director of Human Resources & Administration for their international sourcing headquarters, located in New York City.   I have been fortunate to have had the opportunity to travel extensively overseas.  However, I am looking forward to retirement and a less hectic lifestyle.

I have enjoyed very much looking at the pictures that have been posted from the various reunions and hope to be in those that are taken during the next one in  2013. With best regards, Roger

I hope Roger and Ute can join us.

I've been able to re-connect with Carol Koepp.  Here's her missive.

Hi Josh, so nice to hear from you.  wow ! 50 years !  i cant believe it....it surely has been a full 50 for me.  (I) am living on old Cape Cod now and have been since 1970.   Been busy working in nursing and most recently working for elder services coordinating the meals on wheels program here...

i doubt i will be able to attend a reunion tho would like to be kept posted in case i am able.........thanks so much...........best to you and all your hard work....Carol Koepp

We need to encourage all to attend.

While researching addresses of classmates, I ran across this on Lindy Buchanon Heim.  Link.

Millie Seemar sent a fun cartoon plus the new dress code for CHS Middle School.  Click hot links to view.

Margie King Sanders has a new exhibition.  Follow link to view.

Had an all-to-brief meeting with Jeff Morgan at the Mall of America. See Pix

Just heard from Pat Roch.  She's living in Florida.  Her comments:
I graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson U., Madison, BA - French and have a First
Degree Diploma from the University of Grenoble, Grenoble, France. I was
in Senegal, West Africa in the Peace Corps - Director of a Health and Technical
Education Center. I have done Public Relations work, served as Medical
Librarian for my county health department, and am a Certified Teacher -
K-6. What a shock to find out the number of our classmates who are no longer
with us.

Barb Gay Albrecht has been re-connected.  She's living in rural Maryland at Elk Mountain Trails (website).

Reached out to Sandy Hasiak through her brother.  Hopefully, she'll be in touch.

We have some new Archive photos (only 60 or so years old) from Leslie Woerner.  Follow Link.

Results of the recent survey email to those I could contact.
Survey Results
If you didn't receive the email, go to "Update Info" link to the left.

In the recent survey, we've lost email contact with:

Dottie Thompson Mitchell Diane Hildebrand Cadagan Peter Schultz Bev Bebout Worsham Brian McShea

If you know how to contact them, let me know at joshadams@chs63.net

We are about 2.5 year out from the 50th and everything needs to be in place by April or May of 2012.  With this in mind, please email me at joshadams@chs63.net for the link to the survey or join us on Facebook and make suggestions.

I recognize that I haven't made many changes to this site in some time, but then, there is much more activity on the Facebook side - and it's more immediate.  This site has been fun and I'll continue to update as necessary, especially when we're close to the 2013 50th Reunion.  If you want to keep up with many others, join Facebook and search for Joshua Adams, Betty Lacey, Roy Nunn, George Prudden, Jane DeBarbieri (aka Jane Gallagher) and ma
ny others.  We can help set security features.

The Facebook page also has a discussion board on when and where to hold the 50th. We'd like to set things up, even 3 years in advance.

Our Facebook Community is growing, if slowly.  With the new security features, things are getting better.

If you're on Facebook, register and ask to join the CHS 63 Group or just "become my friend."  I'll ask you to join the group.  It's semi-private (restricted to invitees/classmates only) designed mostly as a forum for us to exchange ideas on the 50th (Good Grief!!!) Reunion in 2013.

For the latest on what our classmates are up to, see the "Classmates Websites" section.  If you have a website and would like to share info with the class, email me.

If you have something going on, let me know.  I'll let the world know. Email me.

If you move or change email address or phones, you can click on the Update Info on the menu to the left or here.

Also, you can change data on the CHS Reunions site, which is being maintained by the School District of the Chathams (SCOC).

Two new features on the side menu.  Check out Reunion '13 and Classmate Websites.  More to come on the latter.

Good news.  I've renewed the website hosting and domain
name for another 2 years.
So keep the news and photos coming!
The bad news.  I don't have enough new info to publish now.  Fortunately (or unfortunately), I've been so busy at work that I haven't really had time to work on the site.

Also, I've redone the "missing email" page to make it easier to figure out.
If you can help find these folks, everyone would truly appreciate it.

Do you have any archival photos. Contact me.  If I get them, I'll treat them with utmost care.  I'll scan, burn a CD and return the originals and CD to you promptly.

I am always seeking new stuff.  Several classmates are looking through their photo albums and scrapbooks for old photos, newspaper articles, etc.  If you find some old photos, I always prefer digitized images, but I can accept photos and negatives.  I'll digitize them and return originals to you.  Click link to submit anything "newsy" or fun or poignant or to find out my snail-mail address.  LINK.  In the meantime, Enjoy.
